The TOUCH TCH-11400 T-X F.45.D GM Full Overlay T-X Straight-Arm Soft-Close Hinge is a concealed European-style cabinet hinge, made for full-overlay doors.

The T-X Full Overlay Hinge is made to deliver high precision, reliability, and durability for modern cabinetry. By combining advanced function with rigorous quality standards, the T-X hinge sets a new benchmark in performance and design.

The straight (uncranked) arm suits full-overlay doors that cover the cabinet side completely; for two doors sharing a partition choose the half-cranked version, and for flush inset doors the full-cranked version.

An advanced even gaps that stay put system gives even gaps between cabinet doors and frames—even during adjustments—giving a clean, professional finish.

A patented restrictor mechanism integrated into the hinge link gives controlled door movement with adjustable stops at 105°, 95°, and 85°, stopping the door from swinging too far and protecting surrounding surfaces.

Finished with high-grade GM (gunmetal) plating that not only improves appearance but also offers proven durability. The finish has successfully passed 48 hours of Neutral Salt Spray Testing to ISO 9227:2022/Amd.1:2024, achieving Grade 10 performance, for outstanding resistance against corrosion and wear.

The hinge has passed durability testing under clause 17.6 of ANSI/BIFMA X5.5-2021, lasting 100,000 operating cycles, showing long life under heavy use.

Fitted with a premium hydraulic damper, for quiet and smooth soft-closing for a better feel in use.

Built with thick, high-quality materials designed for strength, stability, and reliability in heavy-duty applications.

Has a quick-connect latch clip for fast, secure installation and easy removal when needed.

The TCH-11400 T-X F.45.D GM is suitable for residential and commercial cabinetry, including:

Pair the TCH-11400 T-X F.45.D GM with the matching TOUCH mounting plate for its series. Plate height sets the final door overlay or inset reveal, so confirm door thickness and required overlay before ordering.

With its smart gap alignment, integrated angle restrictor, GM (gunmetal) plating certified for corrosion resistance, and 100,000-cycle tested durability, the T-X Full Overlay Hinge gives precision, reliability, and long-lasting quality. It’s not just a hinge—it’s a performance-driven solution that raises the standard for modern cabinetry.
